1. Can I earn points for all family members with one membership? Yes you can. Add all family members you wanted associated with your membership at time of enrollment. If you need to add family members after you are already enrolled, simply contact jamie@medisav.com with family member’s name and DOB to get them added.
2. How do I receive my rewards? You will earn 100 points for every $1 you spend. When you reach 10,000 points you will receive a $5 rewards certificate in the mail.
3. Can I earn double points? Double and even triple points will be an option on certain products. Those products will change monthly. Look for those tags throughout the store that say “Earn double points” or “Earn Triple Points”.
4. Will I earn points on Durable Medical Equipment? Yes you will earn points on all items purchased at all MediSav Locations.
5. Will my points be combined for all locations? At this time we are not able to combine points at the register. But when we distribute rewards we will check all locations and combine your points at that time.
